Ball and socket joint rotates in a full circle. Tilts forward-
backward-to
either side.		 Universal Mounting bracket. Frame features four tempered steel bows which are locked into place by a spring-steel clip. Covers available in either canvas or vinyl. Leather reinforces all corner grommets and center grommet.
